How long does it take?
One week from the day I receive your completed questionnaire and images. Most sites go live in under five days.
What do I need to provide?
Your business info, logo if you have one, and any photos you’d like to use. Don’t worry about writing copy — I’ll create SEO-friendly, professional content based on your questionnaire answers and any existing material you have.
What’s the Care Plan?
It’s an ongoing plan that covers hosting, SSL, security, performance monitoring, and small content changes whenever you need them. £12+VAT/month, or £120+VAT/year (two months free). Cancel anytime.
Can I update my website later?
Yes. The Care Plan covers small changes whenever you need them. Just send me what you want updated and I’ll handle it. You’re never locked in.
What happens if I cancel my Care Plan?
No hard feelings. You can either let the site come down 30 days after you cancel, or pay a one-off buy-out fee (£249) to take ownership — I’ll hand over the code and transfer the domain to whoever you choose to host it with. Up to you.
Do I need a domain name?
I’ll set one up for you if you don’t have one, or transfer and manage your existing one. Domain setup is included in the base price.
What if I’m not happy with the design?
I work with you until you’re happy — unlimited revisions during the build week. You’ll see the design before it goes live and can request changes.
